   Today is officially the 19th of October so let's all great Seigo Noguchi of the Jgroup Flame a happy birthday! Otanjou-bi Omedetou Gozaimasu Seigo!!! Happy 22nd Birthday!!! You're already 4 years older than me. Anywayz, I decided to put some info about Seigo here so that we can get to know the newest member of Flame better.

Bio:

   Seigo Noguchi, a new face in the Japanese boy group FLAME, was born on October 19, 1984 and raised in Tokyo. After auditioning for a replacement of the former FLAME member Kyohei Kaneko, Hisato and other judges chose to take Seigo in to meet the other members. He was officially recognized as a member on November 3, 2004 with his first public appearance at the 17th JUNON SUPERBOY CONTEST along with the other members of FLAME to present 'nu' FLAME. He also often gets teased by the Osakan Izaki brothers for being a Tokyo kid. A very determined young man who shows both an older side and a younger side, Seigo will bring interesting theme to the new FLAME, especially since he is a university kid. 

   Seigo is currently a Year 3 Meiji University student, majoring in Commercial Science, and balances life of a student and life of a singer.

   Prior to FLAME, Seigo was in a group called "Nippon Danji" from 2002-2003.

From 11/11 onwards, let's welcome FLAME's new member Seigo-kun! The name of the new member you've all been waiting for is Noguchi Seigo-kun. So, what type of guy is he?

Q.First, tell us your birthday and blood type?

Seigo: I was born in 1984, 19th october. I am a Libra of blood type A. This year I turned twenty, the same age as Yuusuke-kun and Hisato-kun.

Q. You were born in?

Seigo: I was born in Tokyo.

Q. How you began dancing?

Seigo: In high school. Although I liked Michael Jackson at that time, I had the chance to see a DA PUMP live, and I thought it was kakkoii, and I wanted to try dancing too. Because of this, coming into FLAME is a happy thing for me.

Q. After you heard that you were to join FLAME, what did you do?

Seigo: At first, I could not believe it. Because it is not easy to get used to, it is only recented that I have become used to the feeling of being a member of FLAME.

Q. What did you think about the group called FLAME?

Seigo: I knew of them and heard of them and kept up with their releases. Although at first I thought they were just an idol group, their image changed rapidly and they proved their ability. Their songs are also nice. T especially like their single [TRULY]. I think it is great that I am able to become their member. I will do my best to catch up with everyone in a short period of time.

Q. Your impression of the members when you first met them?

Seigo: The first one I met was Yuu, and he seemed kind/gentle, and I thought he had a great personality. Even now, that impression has not changed. Actually, the first time I met Hisato-kun, I thought he was a bit scary (laugh). I thought he could speak well and it was exciting talking to him. After our relations became better, things became brighter and more interesting. Yuusuke-kun too, seemed abit scary when I first met him(laugh). Although at first we weren't very familiar with each other, after time and talking to each other, we understood one another better. However, I thought that Hisato-kun seemed like an elder brother, a leader one can depend on.

Q. So, what type of member will Seigo-kun become?

Seigo: Actually, my place will still be part of the group(laugh). I think that I have different characteristics from the other 3. I'm slightly calmer(laugh)

Q. What kind of boy were you like when you were a child?

Seigo: I was not shy of strangers. I liked to play baseball. From elementary school, middle school until the beginning of high school I was doing baseball. After that, it became dance. Also, I started to like snowboarding. It started at about year 3 of middle school. Even now, if I could, I would like to go snowboarding at least once a year.

Q. Your other interests?

Seigo: I like reading books. I especially liked reading Murakami Haruki's books. For overseas writers, I like Fitzgerald. Out of Murakami's works, my favourite is [Norway no mori]. From reading, you can learn alot of things. Firstly, language-wise. Your vocabulary increases as you read. Also, your imagination becomes richer. I also think that from reading, you learn lots of things you cannot get elsewhere.

Q. Literature and music. Both are important tools of expression. What do you think of lyric writing?

Seigo: I like it. Sometimes i make memos on my cell phone. Isnt it good to write your own lyrics for your songs?

Q. What type of music do you listen to?

Seigo: When i was a kid, i heard 'southern" and "safety zone" in my parents' car. I like r&b and hiphop and listen to it, it is because of this i have come to like dancing. I will always like Michael Jackson. Recently, I have come to like Usher, Nas and Ciara. Actually, when I first heard them I did not like them. For Japanese artists, in karaoke, I often sing DA PUMP and EXILE songs. Also, I like Misuchiru alot.

Q. Tell us about the foods you like?

Seigo: uuu~n. I like sushi. Of course, I eat tuna and sea urchin. I also like meat alot, and I especially like yakiniku. Is it understandable that i enjoy the deliciousness of fish? It is only recently that I have come to start eating sea urchin.

Q. Colours you like?

Seigo: If it is a favoutrite colour, I think it will change depending on the atmosphere of the place I am in(laugh). But for now, I like black.

Q. Subject you are good at?

Seigo: Japanese. I was horrible at science(laugh). I did not like music lessons much. I was not good at writing the musical notes. I did baseball.

Q. Favourite time of the day?

Seigo: Eating time! I like eating. I like to eat alot (laugh). I also like bath time. When I smell bad, although a shower will do, the feeling of going into the tub is good, like a hot spring. I like hot springs, they make yo feel relaxed. In FLAME, we often pass by hot springs while driving in the car. I feel so happy when that happens.

Q. Favourite place?

Seigo: The book shop ne~ I often go, and the moment os going into the store is good. When i go in the big book centre, the new arrivals section is filled with new books, that's great isnt it? I also like the library.

Q. So you really like books ne~

Seigo: Yea! (laugh) You should read a books at least 2 time. The first time you read it, you may overlook certain parts and not observe the sotry so much. A book, compared to a movie, the story is more complete. Therefore, if it a really good piece of work, you should read it repeatedly and not just once.

Q. As an artist, your target is to become like?

Seigo: DA PUMP. I want to have dancing and singing abilitied like them.

Q. Other than dancing and singing, is there anything that you would like to try doing? Seigo: I want to perform. I want to do a deep-thinking role and difficult work. My favourite is Takenaga Naoto. After that is Oda Yuji. [Last Christmas] shown on Fuji Television 9 months ago is a must watch, I think it's a great show. It shows the delicate expressions of inside the heart. I think it is great to be able to preform like that. I also like Karasawa Hisaaki. He is able to perform both comical and serious roles and I think that's great.

Q. From today you are a member of FLAME. please tell us you ambitions for FLAME?

Seigo: I want everyone to recognize and know this new FLAME. I want everyone to know me when I participated in FLAME. I want us to show our abilities to sing and dance. The rest is talk. Since FLAME already has an image, lets follow it (laugh). This time is the first time we took a photo together, it's very nerve-wrecking(laugh). However, I have gotten used to the other 3 in FLAME. But for now, I want to meet the fans. Yoroshiku onegaishimasu~

Q1. If you ended up liking a friend's girlfriend, what would you do?
Seigo: I would have to try to retain myself.

Q2. If the said-friend is Yusuke?
Seigo: I would not show that feeling to him (laughs).

Q3. Then what about Yu?
Seigo: Even Yu, I would do the same thing. I would try to behave myself and not let everyone around me know.

Q4. What do you want to do for your girlfriend?
Seigo: I want to listen to her when she feels that she needs to express herself. (Isn't he adorable??!)

Q5. And what do you want your girlfriend to do for you?
Seigo: I want her to cook food for me to eat. (>__> Typical man...lol)

Q6. What if you're the one to cook for her? What would it be?
Seigo: Probably pasta.

Q7. When you're dating, would you share the bill?
Seigo: If she's younger than me, I would pay. If she's older than me and she said she'll pay, then I'll let her treat.

Q8. What type of flower would you give your girlfriend?
Seigo: Roses.

Q9. What's your set price when you're buying your girlfriend a birthday gift?
Seigo: If I really, really like her, I will try about 50,000 yen (laughs).

Q10. Do you dare to walk around being lovey-dovey with your girlfriend in the city?
Seigo: Yes, I do.

Q11. What do you find strange about women?
Seigo: The way they can talk on the phone for so long. (Lol! Not me!)

Q12. Before you joined the group, when were you most popular with the ladies?
Seigo: None because I attended all-boys schools all my life (laughs).

Q1. Where would you go on a first date?
Hisato: I want to go over my girlfriend's house to see how she spends her life.

Q2. You're meeting up with your girlfriend and she's late. How long would you wait?
Hisato: Nowadays everybody has a cellphone. I can call in and ask her. There's probably not a lot of cases where one would leave the other to wait alone for a long time.

Q3. Do you like girls with tan skin or girls with light skin?
Hisato: Any. Just let the skin tone suit with her.

Q4. If you take a Tokyo girl on a date in Osaka, where would you take her? Hisato: Hmm.... I want to take her to the places she want to go.

Q5. When's your first kiss?
Hisato: Around year 1 secondary school.

Q6. How would you show yourself to someone you like?
Hisato: I would try to show my good qualities to her.

Q7. If your girlfriend finds out you're unfaithful to her?
Hisato: I would never cheat and be unfaithful.

Q8. Then what if you find out she cheated on you with someone else?
Hisato: I'd have to listen to her explanation first. If there's no explanation, then I would get mad like how people normally react. However, if I'm the one who violates her and causes her to become unfaithful, then I would apologize.

Q9. What do you want your girlfriend to call you?
Hisato: Just my name would be fine. Doesn't have to be weird nicknames (laughs).

Q10. If you got drunk and fell asleep only to wake up later and find a strange woman sleeping next to you, what will you do?
Hisato: So scurry (laughs). I'll probably sit and think over and over how the heck that happened (laughs).

Q11. What are you like after a breakup?
Hisato: I'll be all sulky.

Q12: You're on a date when out of nowhere Yusuke appears. What will you do?
Hisato: I would ignore him because we might end up arguing (laughs). Yusuke and I are very similar. If Yusuke behaves well in front of my girlfriend, he might steal some of that interest away. But if it's Seigo or Yu, I would invite them to eat with us.
